5.9 is getting 13mpg on first tank...70% is with the full time case, hoping for 14 or better.

Sucks WF is so far away. I'm taking my niner wheels and tires off in favor of some moabs and 245's or 265's (as soon as I find some TJ moabs) and my niners tires are like 75%
he's not too far away from us.
I'm sure we can figure something out.

the police officers in my home town used to give use excessive acceleration tickets all the time for doing burnouts. the police officers in your town drive through town in jeeps doing burnouts

So it looks like I'll be getting the majority of the machine-work on the 4.0 block done for free... No dead line on completion = work done after hours/slow time.
Also getting a new, proper tract bar put on the pile, at the same time the long arms will be adjusted (axle needs to move an inch forward)...
I'm actually happy the Jeep took a shit... It's getting more work done on it now for free than I ever did on it... The motor swap will be done by me though... Want the kids to see how its done...

They only feel fast until you drive a FAST Jeep. I always was astounded by the power my dads 5.9 made...until I got to drive a new 6.4L SRT-8 grand.
All I can say is HOLY SHIT!!!!
almost 500 HP and about the same tq is almost scary fast.
Thats why you need a blower.

Was goofin around with my gopro today. Always wondered what it looked like from my pups point of view.
This was over Wolf Creek pass. At the first of the vid its going up the west side 8% grade. The last part is 8% going down.
