The tree fell exactly where I wanted it to, did have a little damage to another tree, but it will grow back.

Going to see if someone wants this trunk for some reason. If not, I will cut it up and split it for fire pit wood.

Got one more pine tree to fall and cut up. Dad is going to possibly have a dumpster brought in to put all the crap in.

The base isn't pretty and the tree did rock back onto my bar when falling it (no blocks to push it over) so I had to push it over with my dad pulling on a rope.
The trees are coming down for two reasons. The pine trees was thick and we were having dish reception issues. The other being there were really tall and big for the small area they were in.

I know how that goes. 2 years in a row we haven't had the "guys trip" for camping/kayaking. Moving here kinda makes it a bit more difficult, the kid makes it near impossible. It'll be easier when he doesn't require so much attention. This is the weekend that we have gone to Gatlinburg to rent a cabin with 20+ people the last three years. We didn't go because of Grace being due in a couple of weeks.
I have worked and am working all weekend and it sucks.
mac 'bummed' gyvr
I have had 3 of those big boxy buses.
They are hard to find any more due to rust.
I love them! If I the money I would have one just for shits and giggles...
454, 4 X 4, TH400, vinyl seats and floors so I can gut a deer in the back, hose it out, bow up an air mattress and shag the old lady....
Talk about versatile!
Took a tour of my high school today, after 30 years....The kids today are flipping spoiled.

Hope it works out for you, the sellers market sucks here in Iowa. I listed mine for 80 & ended up getting 60.Our house os sale pending
I listed it for what the real estate company said it was a fair market value. After 6 monthes I took the 20 grand hit, just to get out from under the loan. I only owed 32 on it so, it all worked out, for me. Do they get 6% commission in your area?We started at $205,000 and accepted an offer of $183,000.
