Transfer Cases arent important.
bumpers are beat up and the body is fair from what I can see...I know a guy that eats cheese and builds bumpers...just saying. thinking a mild 4.5" lift, 32's (or 34 LTB's w/ triming) , and semi-streetable. I am finding quite a few 97-2000 that are beat up for the same price range.
