Just so the safety officals don't get concerned. The power line is not over the top of the pool. If you see the orange line, that is where I first plotted it out to go. That IS under the power line...so I moved it.

Aren't you NAC too? Move alittle further west and I bet the beer and bacon belly will start growing. We have roosters (a wing place) here in Ohio and that's my excuse haha

yeah but I eat like a pig... I don't know where it goes.

I usually have an entire box of cereal for breakfast, a bag of chips (the big one, not the little one) for lunch, and 8 or so hot dogs for dinner. Or similar. I've been known to eat an entire pound of bacon and then follow it with 4 burgers.

When we purchased our first home after we were marrried it had an inground pool. We had to repaint it and when it came time to fill it, I was sure as hell not going to use a garden hose off of city water to do that. We contacted the city about a hydrant fill/flush since there was one across teh street from our house. They came out and flushed the line/hydrant and then hooked up an adjustable valve with a meter and we filled a 25,000 gallon pool in about 2.5 hours. It was about 75% cheaper then using the garden hose too b/c it was a "bulk" water purchase...but they did highly suggest a donation to the city for the help too, which we graciously complied with.
 
We live inside the city limits, all they will do for us is adjust our sewage.

On a side note went to test the pump since its almost full, flip the switch and nothing (I thought of course the pump is dead now). Turns out power is not getting to the pump so I will have to replace the switch tomorrow. Hot wired the pump with a heavy duty extension cord......my macgyverin turned the wife on a little.
