Important

I've spent more on the heep in the past 2 months than the previous 3 years... Turing over 130k seems to be bad luck for me...

Still looking for Reverse cut 4.10s for the d30 and an exhaust manifold/header...

Step? Hell No! Jump in with both feet while laughing hysterically :D
yep... keep em close together and it'll all splash away from you, step in it with one foot and it'll splash on your other pantleg :gag:

Went to the farm to retrieve my pile today. Had it pulled up in front of the garage, and was just putting the air compressor away from pumping up a slow leak, and the POS died. Thought well the gas gauge says half, but maybe it's wrong so I pored a gallon or two in it from the farm tank, and still nothing. Messed around with it for a few checking the FP relay, the ASD relay both tested good, and the pump cycles when you turn the key on, so I'm thinking it's the CPS. I got a spare off my 2000 (hoping their the same), but said F-it for today. I was in a sweat shirt, and it was 30* out with a 15-20mph wind, and didn't have any tools there. Just glad it died there and not on the road during the transfer. It has no front bumper, no head lights, and no front turn signals.

what year is yours? a 2000 CPS should fit anything down to a 98 off the top of my head, possibly as early as 96. checking connector year split now

edit: it'll fit a 97 and later. should also fit 91 through 96 if you splice your original connector onto it but I'm not sure. definitely won't fit an 87-90.

bought ballistic fabs newest optima battery tray yesterday, it looks pretty sweet for 36 bucks. that will be tomorrow's project. shipping was a killer, they charged me 22 dollars.

on a side note, went to the casino last night, made a few dollars. I was sitting there minding my own business, and an old flame sat down next to me and put her hand on my leg, it made me a bit uncomfortable because T was sitting 2 machines down. I quickly put out the fire.

You were saying you didn't have the money for something... why are you going up in lift and tire size on the tow rig and considering regearing it at all? Put smaller tires on it and call it good, it'll tow better that way.

reasons: for the durangos and dakotas you can get a couple inches of lift by cranking the torsion bars and adding a 2in lift shackle. price=about 50bux.
tires are because the 35in general grabbers are awesome and cheaper than a 33in bfg. this would also be a the rig i take to show-n-shine type events so i have that in mind.

you are right, sticking to the 33 would be smarter and who knows by the time i actually get a trailer that might be where im at anyways. but for now i have this durango, its paid off many years ago, i have been driving it for over 10 years, i attempted to trade it in and they offered me 1k, so basically im stuck with it.

If anyone wants something neat to do around Terre Haute, I highly recommend going to the Exotic Feline Rescue Center in Center Point.

Me too, brother. Been one of those weeks. And I haven't even left the house.
