Deb & I just spent a couple of hours at the local public library, listening to a WW II POW veteran talking about his experiences in 1944 and 1945. We should not forget him, or his experiences. Thank you for your service, Mr. Axelson.

So where are the pics from the clean up? I'm eager to see how everything was, what the deal with the bypass has come to and what carnage was made.

Would you hang on a minute, damn! :D Jim took some and not sure who else did. Old yeller ended up on its side but no major damage other than taillights and the hub Mac blew up.

Awesome weekend.. RedBird is now clean! Wheeled for a little bit today, installed a new tie-rod at the pitman arm when I got to Bloomington. Got home and installed a new passenger side caliper..

XJ is smoother than ever.

Thanks to all the good people at the bonfire this weekend.
 
Future ex son in law came and took the daughter car out of the driveway this afternoon.
It looks like I will be car shopping now.
Good thing I am so rich.
Any on want to trade an MP15 for a good used car?

But I do need a good used car.

Laying here on the couch, can't sleep. Been here since Thursday with the exception of a trip to the Dr and my mini trips to the bathroom. Surgery is at 3:30 pm today, looking forward to getting this over so I can start the healing process. This really f'n sucks that I have so much time off work but i cant do a damn thing.

I found a small easy hobby to make the time go by quicker. I repaired game systems like X-box's Nintendo's and even the hand held DS's and resold them on the Bay and craigslist. Made enough money to buy a boat in 5 weeks. Hardest fix was resoldering power switches on the DS lite's.

Please let us know when all is well and done with surgery. Will you be in a cast or boot? I have worn both and the boot is better.
 
Hey Dan, your ankle will never be the same. I have gone through a few ankle issues and even wearing a higher support boot or shoe it still buckles over whenever it feels like it. Get off your lazy ass and mix me a drink!!! :D
