Important

This week is getting even better. I spent the afternoon working on the Jeep getting it ready for Redbird. I flushed the cooling system and filled it up with fresh coolant. Removed a leaking tranny fluid temp sender with fuel line. And cleaned up some nasty wiring connections. Hopefully this weekend I will be wiring up 3 electric fans.
 
I still need to pull the leaky fuel cell from the popcan to get it ready for redbird...as long as I can get that friday night off...

I dropped my laptop yesterday and busted the power cord plug in on the side...it was plugged in when it fell and landed directly on the end w/ the cord plugged in and it jammed the part up into the computer...it brings the suck. I am going to take it apart and see if I can fix it, b/c frankly I dont want to buy a new laptop at this moment in time. :banghead:

On a side note, on netflix I have been watching that show "Sons of Guns".....for some reason I am digging it. The chick on it is bordering between kinda cute and NOT, but she handles those guns and it puts her over the line back to cute again. :D
 
Sons of Guns FTW! She's not hotter than doughnut grease but she's cute enough that a custom built AR in her hands makes her smokin. They do some cool things.


Last evening off before my extended work weekend starts. 90 hours last week between my day job and the night job. I'm ready for a nap...

I can't stand that girl. Not only is she ugly but her voice and conceited attitude makes me want to reach through the tv and strangle the life out of her. She's no shooter either. She flinches so bad it makes me flinch. Other than her and her stupidity the show is ok.

Hope you get lucky and it didn't tear up the PCB. If it just shattered the connector you can probably find one on ebay for cheap and solder it in...
 
on a side note, some guy randomly pulls into my drive and ask, "hey, you selling that motorhome by any chance?".

what have I done so right to deserve this? LOL

I had one of those go bad, the soder just worked itself loose. I had the local computer repair place fix it. Was around $100. Worth it to not buy a new computer. You should've seen me trying to make it work pulling on the plug and twisting it to make the thing work.

Just got a call from the fraud company that monitors the debit cards for my credit union...someone got my card number, printed a card, and used it this afternoon in North Carolina at a Food City grocery store. Made three charges for over $300. 7 to 10 days for a new card...not out any money but the not having a debit card when you are used to using it all the time brings on the suck...plus all those auto pays that use the same card number.
