No rear recovery points is why I am not going to be part of the official winterfest group. Hopefully by next year I will have a rear hitch (for emergency towing and recovery point). It has taken me almost 20 months to even get tow hooks for the front.

$50 and I will bring a hitch and help you bolt it up Thurs night of WF. You need to buy nut strips tho.

Problem solved. I bolted a bumper up in the campground a few years ago.

I won't be up there Thursday and don't know if i will have the money to buy nut strips, but am interested in buying it off you. Is it 3" receiver? I will be there only on Saturday. But it would help me for next year's WF.

I think you mean 2".
 
I guess two inch is okay, is it class II or III?

I will let you know by the week before.....I should be able to buy if I get my taxes filed this week.
 
Woohoo, the jeep is sitting around 4" now! :D Tore it apart, lifted it and drove it two hours home! Thanks again GoSlowGetSilly! He really did work with the angle grinder today!
 
Been a good weekend. Got a free dinner and Boulevard Wheat on Friday night thanks to my brother in law. Had chipoltes 2 times this weekend, my sister fed us a nice taco dinner Sat night, and one of my little brothers brought over some rather large bacon wrapped filets for dinner tonight.... I'm a little gasy now and it smells like steak. The dog is excited for some reason:dunno:

well i am only planning on updating message boards...and who know what on race day so i'll try...i dont think that i have ever come close to hitting it and it will probably be a year before i come close to hitting it again...so if i go over maybe i can ask for forgiveness than permission???
