Important

Well, I guess the Pig Gig was more important...

I was hauling some crushed concrete this weekend when I had one of those "I wonder if my jeep will fit in that" moments... it did.

That looks like a dodge pulling that trailer. What happened to the Ford. :(

2 hrs later (and now 4 days) and no one would offer a reply.

Kinda like an unreciprocated high five offering.

Apparently you hit the pay-no-mind list.

Ah, you get use to it after a while.

Finally sold our popup camper. Kinda sorry to see it go, we had some good trips with it. We're gonna downgrade to a large tent if we ever get out camping again. Can't afford a larger camper, plus I want the kids to grow up camping the way I did, not spoiled on A/C and a kitchen :D

I think it is just holding up the trailer.....I don't think it could actually pull it.

:D

Rev

Yeah, its my dad's Dodge 5.9L Cummins. It definately doesn't have the power my 7.3L Powerstroke did. My Ford was quite a bit nicer too, the body and interior on the dodges are horrible.

Especially after several years and lots of mileage.

The interior of my Expedition is in great shape with the exception of the steering wheel after 160k.

My Expedition has the same mileage and the interior is great, but what is it with the steering wheel. Mine looks bad too.

We have Ford and Chevy trucks on the farm and for our personal vehicles, and I personally like the interior of the Chevys over the Fords, the Ford interiors are just too plain for my liking. But that is just my personal pref.

New...now come on Rev, you think that a poor farmer can afford to look at new trucks? :D

I will have to admit that the newer fords have made leaps and bound from the 03 (?) down interiors. The interior on our 03 Lariat was nothing to write home about.

Dropped my CTD off at the dealership tonight for a new set of injectors and a front end alignment.

And got looking at a new rig out front: Dodge 5500 with a tow bed. Granted, it's a 4 door and loaded. $75k on the window sticker.
