Important

If I could swing a car payment, a diesel Grand Cherokee or 4-door Wrangler would be sweet with the $2.99 fuel deal + the lifetime powertrain warranty.

Just about finished up with work in the quad cities. Found out today that I will be heading to Evansville, IN next.

Evansville sucks. I went to school there for a few years and it has gotten worse since I left.

Check out Fast Eddie's under the casino for a good burger/time.

Fast Eddies Billiards?

Rode a VTX 1300 today.....nice bike.

No, not mine. Buddy at work bought it.

Wyfie says no bike until she's got a bigger house.

FYI, the $2.99 fuel not so good. It's in lieu of the cash back rebate and there is a mileage limit per year. My brother just bought a Patriot for his wife (and her dad works for Chrysler). It's just a gimmick. They figured it out; if gas stays at $4, the total savings is about $1500 over three years. He got $2500 cash back (pretty simple to decide). Just a heads up on the deal (but it is a great marketing plan).

Chances of gas being 4$ a gallon 3 years from now...not so good.

With that said, enjoy burning ~$4 fuel all the way to Oklahoma. Wish I could do the same.

Its called an oil bubble guys. Supply hasn't changed in a while. Just wait it out. Don't you remember the late 70s and early 80s. I wasn't even born yet and I remember it!

Oh I definitely will, granted going out to the bars tonight and planning to leave in 8 hours might not be too smart. I'm only looking at 200$ in gas there and back. It's gonna kick ass, maybe you can make the next one.

Weather like this helps me justify having a snorkle on my jeep.
:roflmao:

We ended up just fine. A couple counties north got slammed though, the dam at Princes Lakes breached, flooding out a lot of homes. Kim worked today, and had 126 overnight trouble calls to sort through when she got in this morning from northern customers :wow: It always amazes me that people involved in natural disasters immediately call the cable company because their TV went out

How else are you going to watch the telethon for the fund raising to rebuild all those people's homes?

Oh wait, you're not talking about New Orleans. Didn't you know that's the only disaster that really counts?
