Important

You probably could get 20-22 on regular unleaded. E85 performs worse than "normal" gasoline.

We were going to trade our Grand Prix in on a minivan (shudder) but instead we're getting the MIL's Durango. Hooray for 3 SUVs that get crappy mileage (D - 15/18, Expy - 9/14, XJ - 13/16).

She got about 19 the first week we had it on E-10.....

So loosing 1 MPG, and buying E-85 for a buck a gallon less....
It replaced the GC(14-16) for her daily driver.....

We are going to be doing some experimenting the next couple of weeks.....
Adding a High Efficency airfilter and going to synthetic motor oil, to see if it makes a change.

We didn't want the bus either, but our older kids couldn't really get in and out of the back of either the Expy or the Durrito without almost wiping out the twins.

The wife has been eyeing the envelop I keep all the extra stickers in. She wants to put some on the van...

Now, if you could only find a good synthetic motor oil dealer.......

I should be able to hook you up in the very near future.:D

Believe it or not, my insurance covers pregnancy 100%. The whole 9 months didn't cost me a dime. It's after we left the hospital that it started costing me.

Mine went the same way, that's what I meant.

Not sure where he lives, but I know the tornado touched down on the far north side. Not too far from my brother-in-law's house, and they didn't even get a drop of rain when it hit.

I seen where Gil posted today, so he must not be in too bad of shape.

You gotta come by the house for meatfest and I'll show you why I fear no Tornado...

example 1: When the house was updated to central air in the 50's...

They had to lay strip charges to cut holes in the poured concrete/rebar/railroad tie/oak sleepers/13" thick floors...

:D

I had forgotten about that Gil.

Note to all:
Gil lives in a bunker.
Normal homes do not have rebar in the walls and floors.

Depending on who the former residents were.......

I know of one local with bulletproof windows.
