We went to Milwaukee last night to see Travis off.
He now belongs to Uncle Sam!
It is bitter sweet, it seems only yesterday he was going off to school for the first time.
But now someone else can yell at him for a while.

Where's his basic at? You'll have to give me his addy when you get it. I'll send him a letter. He'll either roll his eyes and throw it away or he'll giggle.

I can tell you that when you send him letters at boot camp, he will apperciate any girly fru-fru stickers or stamps on the envelopes. I got a letter back from my brother when he was in basic begging me not to send letters with girly fru-fru stickers and stamps.(We have all kinds here at the house with a 5 year old little girl) Appearantly, he had to do push-ups at mail call.:paperwork

I wanted/want a pistol still, but I figured that the scattergun was a better weapon to have in the house.
lately things have been getting out of control in the area with meth heads and such, a rash of breakins about 2 weeks ago all over town.

that and it compensates for my small weiner.

On a semi-related note, prayers would be great for us, we spent 3 hours at the hospital tonight with Kim having preterm labor pretty bad. She's not due until April, hopefully she can keep him in for a while longer.

ouch, be prepareed for the DR. to put her on bedrest for the reat of her term. That sucks.

BTW, this is how Jenni ended up in the hospital for the last month she was pregnant....and a 80k Hospital Bill later....

Thanks guys, we appreciate it. Today was better, Kim stayed home from work and rested. She's been having Braxton-Hicks (sp?) contractions for a few weeks now, but nothing as hard or close together as last night. Caitlyn was delivered a week early, and Liberty was 4 weeks early, so it's not a total shock, but it is still way too early for this one.
