So, is that a suggestion to not do Labor Day w/e?

Not really, it was just what stuck out in my head as a reminder of the weekend it was held. I know that is a big wheeling weekend for some events, but it is also a good weekend since it is a 3 day weekend for most and it may allow more people to attend. I will leave it up to you and JIM to set a date since you guys started the gig. If we are free you know we will be here...beer and food, wouldnt miss it! :cheers:

I don't think there's room for a tent in the front yard. We're on a cul-de-sac, and it's pretty much all driveway and rock gardens

Ugh, I know how the cul-de-sac thing goes. How's the parking situation out there? I probably will have a top for the truck by then so that might be another option, but if you put us out in the satellite lot (Gary?) then I might pony up and get a hotel somewhere.

Our neighbors on each side have offered the use of their driveways in previous years, and we have some street parking spaces.

I will have the detached garage cleared out for the party, in case of rain, so there would be room there for tents, or just sleeping bags, later in the evening.
