Important

Park it in a local parking lot and let local teens whack it w/ a sledge hammer for $5 for 10 hits...you will clean house and then sell for scrap.

I suspect it might be the motor at the axle or whatever goofy things that chevy does/did...

depends on what it had. IIRC the full time unit didn't have an axle acrtuator, but it's been a long time since a buddy had a bravada.

Those had vacuum from axles. There is a vac line that runs to a switch above the t/b on the firewall and then to a big servo under the battery.

I'd check all those vac lines first and the ones that go over the brake booster. They are always rotten.

Hate them but we sell them. Got 5 in the back lot right now. One needs a motor that we are using fromusing from a repoed one, one needs all balljoints and TREs replaced as its lifted, one needs a new exhaust from tip to tail and one needs crushed

Well, at least for the moment, I own a 2008 Ford Focus with a side swiped rear bumper.

Here its 7. There are a few loopholes that can be used to get away with doing 10 title transfers(key word), but its a grey line and not really worth the trouble.

Now to open a dealership is pricy. Some states alow wholesalers some dont.

I think it's 6 here.

I've never had an issue with hitting it...yet.
