Yes! TaT update fixed my log in issue for here. That was getting annoying.

Lots of rain here yesterday and today. No complaints. I worked in it outside yesterday and it felt way better than the hot asphalt trying to melt me.
 
It was supposed to start raining here around 7 last night and not stop til Monday.....not a drop yet

My tat is working now as well.....it finally made me log into tat account for some reason.
 
We listed our house for rent this week on craigslist. We have one or two people interested that we know personally that we hope are willing to move in, but if they don't we want to have a list of possible tenants ready to show the house in a few weeks...we are asking $1000, which in our neighborhood and for what the property is, its pretty reasonable. I mentioned we might have a little room for negotiation for someone who wants to do a little extra work doing some upkeep on things. So in typical craigslist fashion, we are getting replies for people offering us $5-600. I really hope one of our co-workers or friends who expressed interest moves in. I'm not sure I want to deal with craigslist...

We used a rental agent and paid them 8%, never had to meet any of the tenants.....still a pia but the agent does all the work for you.

If one of our friends doesn't work out, I think that sounds like the way to go. Especially since ill be leaving a month before Melissa and Kenna

This just happened. Lady pulled out in front of me. At the hospital getting checked out. Neck and back both hurt.

So the wife came home to tell me that she just paid for a camping spot at our county fair for a whole month! We had to go early bc that way we all could be parked by each other. WTF? She said all of our friends are up there too and that it is easier to be there for Case showing his 4H steer. I am thinking to myself, it is a 15 minute drive from our house and we go to town every day....oh well, the kids will have fun, she will be in a good mood and I will try and get that camper rockin enough to knock it unlevel :D

on a different note, the TH rig went home with my nephew yesterday. He has helped me fix it up nice and we installed a new front bumper, lighting and amp n sub etc. He is a good kid who just need a little help from his cool uncle (that's me you d bags!) :thumbup:
