Cross country flights are almost always an hour or 1.5 hours faster coming home than going out.

The flight tracker is calculating ground speed. At 35k feet, the winds are probably +- 100 knots, so you've got a 100 knot headwind on the way out and a 100 knot tailwind on the way back.

It looks like a drastic difference because it's a 200 knot swing, but the altitude of the plane and the winds have a lot to do with that big ground speed number.
