Important

I did mention to Grace that we should figure out how that works.

I suppose around here its up and down the strip.

They shuttle you to SEMA for free, but getting anywhere else is a chore...except the liquor store is less than a block away.

mac 'remembered the liquor store from the last trip' gyvr

Yup even downtown, I think it was $5 for entire week last time we went.

P.S. downtown at night is badass.

Me and the metals teacher are looking into an FMI agreement with Fastenal here in town... We're tired of trying to find certain nuts, bolts, lug nuts, rivets, etc in the mess that is our current storage systems... Anyone here utilized a system like this before? I think its worth it just for the fact that they come and check your stock and fill it automatically without me having to do anything...

We just got one last week but for cutting tools (same concept) they are not cheap to purchase if you don't buy alot of tools, we get ours for a surcharge of 1% on all tools we buy but don't pay for shipping. Your boxes are Guhring's but are through our industrial supplier. We haven't used it yet(they come to put the tools in it tomorrow), but it is going to be AWESOME!!!!

I'm curious if Brian Ho has any at his shop?

We use MSC for our fastener inventory, we used to use Fastenall.

I used to use Fastenall for HD but they charge almost double what I can order them for.

I would say unless you are using a BUNCH of fasteners fastenall is not worth it.

OH and they should change their name to fastensome because they hardly ever have what I need in stock.

Almost witnessed a fight at work today. You can only poke the bear so many times....idiot! Glad he'll be gone after next week anyways.

New truck will squall the tires at 30mph!
This sounds like fun!
You know me well sir!
Apparently so do I. I had the same thought as Mac and it gave me a good chuckle.

I agree. And I always need something last minute.

The bear or the idiot?

Being in the little po-dunk town I'm in, we only have Fastenal, Ace, and then the auto part houses. Fastenal is literally about a mile away so it would be really convenient for us. Between myself in Autos using assorted nuts/bolts/rivets/lug nuts, wheel weights, etc and then the metals/woods/fabrication classes, we do go through a lot of fasteners and so far if they haven't had it when I've gone they've had it delivered to my door the next day... In the 3 months since school started, we've already spent over $1000 with them. (Compared to the $1600 I''ve spent at O'Reilly's)

That is awesome, I would want to take a picture with him.

Hung the other fender this afternoon. Now I need to try to fit these 14" air shocks.

I'm leaning towards ruffstuffs shock towers over hoops, due to packaging around the master. Anyone other ideas?

Its only 4:45, schools been out for and hour, its pitch black out, and I feel like I should be in PJs drinking my homebrew...

Currently finishing up building spare tire mounts for two different administrators boat trailers while my HMV club students are working on their cars. We'll be here till 7:30-8pm.
