What does everybody run for good sounding street exhaust?

Mine is now garbage and I should really do cat and back. Probably have a couple cracks in the manifold as well. I do have a header sitting around that I could use, so basically all new. What gives the best sound? It is the 97, so no pre-cats and what not. High flow cat or OEM? Flowmaster?

Not too knowledgeable on exhaust brands...

Its only 4:45, schools been out for and hour, its pitch black out, and I feel like I should be in PJs drinking my homebrew...

Currently finishing up building spare tire mounts for two different administrators boat trailers while my HMV club students are working on their cars. We'll be here till 7:30-8pm.

Stock cat flow master 44 2.5" into a 3.5" rolled tip. Pure sexy. Mine were duals but hey I was big pimpin!

:roflmao:

Wasn't complaining, just stating it gets dark here really quick and makes it feel like much later...

Later I'll post pics up of the fabrication table we're building...

APN 'Header' replaced my cracked garbage to my cat, then replaced muffler with straight pipe after I knocked 5 mufflers off, I wasn't spending another dime on em.

Another great day at sema meeting people and checking the show out.

Me and the metals teacher are looking into an FMI agreement with Fastenal here in town... We're tired of trying to find certain nuts, bolts, lug nuts, rivets, etc in the mess that is our current storage systems... Anyone here utilized a system like this before? I think its worth it just for the fact that they come and check your stock and fill it automatically without me having to do anything...

We have used Karr for many years at work. Its works great as long as the pilfering stays manageable, and the person doing the actual servicing is concerned about the agreement long term and not their commission in the short term.

However, Karr doesn't carry some of the stuff we need especially on industry specific fasteners. We get those for Fastenal, they deliver to the shop and we don't have to deal with trying to find them or going to get them.
