Important

He has a line on both...

sean 'restored and wheeled a 1947 CJ-2a before most of you were potty trained' R
Since I was born a year before you and currently have a fully restored 1978 CJ-5 in my garage, I think I was driving before you were pulling girls ponytails.

pretty sure i cant argue that i've been turning wrenches longer than anyone here...i just starting fixing crap a long time ago because i couldn't pay someone to do it. sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn't. it seems to work more frequently than it used to...most of that is due to the amount of info on the interwebs. not sure about my willy though...it looks huge on camera when im sexting.

I've only been doing routine maintenance since '02 (worked at a lube shop), my own general repairs since '07 or so, bodywork since '08, major repairs and upgrades since '09 and welding well enough to trust my work since '10 or so.

Hell I didn't know what a dana 30 was in '09.

I make up for length of experience with breadth... I own a lot of crummy vehicles and all of them need fixing all the time :dunce:

Then quit eating that tuna fool! If it smells like fish, choose another dish :D

How's that go again?
Smells like fish, taste like chicken, plug your nose and keep on lickin'. :D

On another note I had the local shop replace my exhaust. $201.25 out the door for full mandrel bent cat back system. Nice to actually hear the radio and seat of the pants feel has a ton more torque.

As I am older then dirt, I wheeled before dirt was invented, it was all rock, just rock, everywhere, this is why I do not like rocks now.

I have no "official" knowledge of where, exactly, to find call girls (hookers don't drive Mercedes) and pharmaceutical grade coke in the western Chicago suburbs.

I'm not too sure Rev would know what to do with either of the above.

I'm looking for steering! Opinions on the Rugged Ridge setup??

My budget would be like $400 max. Its my DD so I'd prefer TREs... Jeep now sits at approx 5-6in of lift.

Jog on, Aaron. I'm only trying to restore order to all the jackassery that has gone on the last couple days.
