we were at a gathering a few years back and someones "neighbor hater" was running and kept getting shut off by someone else, it ended in a fist fight where about a 1/4 of the camp ground got involved and the generator user go the shit kicked out of them....when the cops showed up amazingly no one knew what happened..no witnesses or anything :dunno:

Hard to say if it made much difference on its own bc I did a lot if work all at the same time: jetted carb, Crane Hi4-TC programmable ignition, DD 2into1 header, hypercharger, plugs, wires.....you get the pic

Walt, it took me SEVERAL tries to find the right one.

Talking about parties, a few of you know that the company I work for has been bought. Over the past 9 months or so i really didn't know how this would affect me. As it turns out, we will be expanding to almost 700 stores (350 currently), this will put me firmly in the top half of seniority, which means I will likely be joining the ranks of the "normal" working man with weekends off. I'm very excited. This will allow me to attend more unofficial events with out having to use my already sparse vacation time.

Have two a/c units so I need at least 5000 watts constant with a 30 amp plug. We scored a 'new to us' team generator that's quieter than the last neighbor hater...it's still pretty annoying. Camping at most of theses events in the pits it's not uncommon to have a lot of noisy ones. We parked a long ways from people and they filled in around us...with the neighbor hater already running.

I don't have the cash for a big Honda or Onan...
