Even at 5 degrees, the light snow overnight and this morning have made the roads pretty unpleasant. Commuting through St. Paul this morning looked like a minimum 30 minute delay, so I'm sitting at home now.

Finishing up 26 hours of part time...in four days...PLUS my regular work shift...I'm whooped.

Meganne's mom is huge on watching American Idol, X Factor, Big Brother and a load of other reality shows that I couldn't give a damn less about...

Though I really don't like American Idol, I enjoy watching the tone-deaf tards audition and get heartbroken since they truly believe they sound good.

So as I sit here cruising NAXJA, I hear from upstairs what sounds to be like a bad Michael Bolton (redundant, I know). It makes me wonder...How did some people ever get famous? There's no way in hell anyone now would put someone like Bob Dylan into a group of people who sound good. Do I like Bob Dylan? Of course. Do I think that he would have a chance today? Not at all.
 
got a call from the Sheriffs dept today and they have some items of ours they believe....I have had some misc things stolen over the past few years, but nothing of great importance that I can remember, so I am going to see what they have and hope it is something good. I am pretty sure if it is some of the batteries that were stolen over the past year, they can keep them :D

this is very true josh, although bob dylan was singing to the people that were listening. i don't know about you but everyone of my uncles and my dad also sound exactly like that when they are singing. a bunch of old hippies. these days all the people want to here is how far you can carry that tone, so thats what wins. i love Dylan so i listen to the wallflowers.

Owe 197 dollars on my Jeep. After I make 100 dollar payment (72 is normal payment). I should owe right at 100. Then I own it. I will have the XJ longer then the longest I have ever had a paid off car. When I paid off my last car, I had it for a year before a problem arose and I got rid of it.
