I started my build about a month before the 1st run to Chinamans. Had problems w/ locker. Had problems w/ new locker. Took the axle apart 4 times. Finaly put a OX in. Had issues with pinion angles. Got some adj. UCAs. Had vibes. Rebuilt both DS and balanced. Got a TnT skid and some Rock Lizard rails.
Finaly tracked down all the pops, bangs, and rattles. Vibe free except at 60-70 mph. (I think it is my pinion yoke) Ox works great. Waiting for warranty on my old locker. Rails have scatches. Haven't been able to hit the TnT yet. Ran Eagle rock twice now and will be going back to Chinamans next Wed. or Thur. Maybe I can get a scratch in it there!
I know there is no point to this thread. I'm just real happy to have all this done. I am so sick of wrenching. I just want to go wheel. Did I say I was happy. My next thing is to go beat the livin' @#$@#$ out of it for the rest of the Summer. Thanks to anyone and everyone that has helped me out.

Glad you finally got your locker issues worked out.My E-Z locker is doing the same thing yours was when we came back from Chinaman except it pulls to the right.I think I hurt it on Pritchett Canyon when we were in Moab last weekend, combined with 40K miles on the locker itsself- its time to replace it.Imagine your drive home from Chinaman's but from Moab instead (8 hours). It was really an annoying drive home :flamemad: .Time for a detroit.:D

I saw you messed up your EZ. My problems were not normal. The teeth do wear, and the fact that you got 40K out of it is pretty amazing. That was some serious bang for the buck! There is no arguing Detroits... I paid $700 for my OX complete. I already had $400 in the EZ and a diff cover. So far I love it. The cable was a breeze to setup. It locks and unlocks. Not much more to say. I am going to come out for Colo Fest but just for an overnighter probably. I have to work for Moab, but I am seriously considering taking some time off to make it. Ya, what Tony said, let's see some pics.
