you guys need to have taco rice...its this stuff from japan...

its basically like a taco casserole

you got sticky rice, then taco meat with some other seasonings on it, and cheese and OMFG its great.

then you put it in a bowl with some hot sauce, sour cream, and lettuce and enjoy

HELLZ YEAH!!! I went to this place on Okinawa just outside MCAS Futenma called My House. I could walk there in about 15 minutes from my barracks. I'd go there for a midnight snack after chow hall closed, I'd go there before going out to the bars on Firday and Saturday, then go back on the way home from the bar to eat and sober up before walking up the huge freaking hill and talking to the MPs at the ate. The little cafe here on base served it as a special recently and so I made my wife make some. We had the in-laws over and everyone loved it. New converts...

i was born in sasebo, and my buddy moved to okinawa with his family so we visited like 4 times over the past 6 years. that place is the best. taco rice is sooooooooo good. its seriously the most ridiculously addicting food you'll ever have.

you still have lost the majority of the peoples respect due to the flip flopping standards and favoritism and not dealing with the issues of individuals even though they bring up valid concerns. the few people that defend you ( remember i like you as a person and enjoy hanging with you, i just don't like how you run this chapter by your own rules ) will say take this back channel but when it gets taken back channel NOTHING GATS SETTLED!!!!! AND NO ONE EVER FINDS OUT THE TRUTH OF ANY SITUATION!!! you never let any one know the final decisions such as the services thread, a great idea that you did not think of, Grim did, so it went no where, typical leadership here once again.

I ignored Grimm's post simply because it's been brought up at least once a week for the past few months. If not by him every time, then others. I've never met him, but from the little bit of dealings with him on here, I like him, think he's a good guy, but I don't share his or some of the others concerns/complaints. Maybe I'm not on enough (which would be hard not to be since I'm on almost all day here and there) maybe I just don't take it as seriously as some of you. This is the online forum for a club. The club is more important to me than the forum and from what I've seen in the member's forum, the club is being run mostly in an agreeable way.

Hell yeah it is. I wanna take my wife over to Oki just to go to My House again. And of course see more of the island, but My House is on the list of places to visit. Multiple times.

I'm starting to think chevy has been building their trucks not to last. We have just towed in the second 08 duramax 2500 to sieze a main bearing in 3 months. The company I work for only bought 8 so what's the chances 2 would be junk? We've only had the trucks since July so it's warrenty work at the dealer but we still don't have the other truck back yet and I feel sorry for the rental trucks they give us

Yep, chevy does have a problem, i now know 2 guys out here in the low desert.. Both had blown up..
