This whole situation sucks, I dont think well get the missed check but the last thing I read in the army times was that if we did, it would be one pay day and then on the following we would get back pay for the missed one. So it would suck for a bit but hey its life and some times we just gotta take shit. I know that it would suck but Im not going to stop serving my country just cause some dumb ass rich guys cant decide whos money is whos and what should go where. Were all gonna be chinese soon any way thanks to our current and last leaders. But by the way Im Charley Ogden. Last I heard the Whitehouse clown is going to veto the one week extension that would have funded our service men and women to the end of the year. I don't know about the rest of you but its pretty telling about who's side the democrats are on, and it's pitiflul where their party has landed. 2013 is not getting here quick enough.

From the email that I received yesterday is that the Navy/Marine Corps Relief Society said loans 300 for single and 600 for famies. That means you got to repay them. I don't know if you have to pay intrest on that. It also said that they can't pay for everyones bills it can help with gas (4.01 on base here MCAS Miramar) and some food or what ever you need. Also you don't need to do a budget with them. If you go to them any other time then you have to do a budget.

The sooner the ones willing to work say no more tit the sooner we can get our country back on track. I recently found out that Obama said that if an agreement on the defense budget could not be reached he would veto another extension. That being said, we might now get paid in the 15th. I honestly can't say I dissagree with this because the funds need to be figured out and I would rather get it over with now rather than wait till the summer or the holidays. I believe his intent is to force them to make a decision. I do not support a lot of things that he has done but on this one they need to figure something out.

so for any one who follows the news, there as been a few blips of some pay issues for me and my fellow service members.

like no pay at all. do not pass go. do collect 200 bucks. but go to work anyway.

now if this happens it is going to cripple my hopes of ANY runs with the jeep. as it stands iv had to postpone my cage with Tyler.

is there any one who knows more on this subject? i know that its a pretty good possibility that is VERY real threat coming down thanks to our wonderful government.

Well the last time they "threatened" to take away our glorious underpay checks Navy Fed and Marine Fed were going to cover what we SHOULD have been paid so even if the government does decide to.... we're going to get something and I guess the way it'll work is the government will pay THEM back so our pay won't stop
