I might regret this post

I actually listed it for sale. While its a great jeep it is just too big and loud for me. I knew going into the trade this might happen. Eric wanted back in a XJ really bad and since I am not that in love with the xj I did the trade. I kinda did it more for him. He has had bad luck with the waggy.

I saw it on Craigslist. I've never been to your house, but I knew it was yours becuase I recognized the driveway/background/cul de sac from all the other vehicles you've posted!! :D

Wow all I got to see was the red x's!

I move quick my friends. On a different note I found a super cheap car painter. If you are in the nashville area and need a paintjob let me know. I could get a xj done for $500 tops.

so far i'm loving being back in an xj! i will miss my beautiful waggy, but it has been a total pile of crap the entire time i've owned it. i have spent tons of money on it, only to have it run for a week at a time, then sit for 6 months or more while i try to get the money to fix it again. the waggy was like a hot girlfriend with no libido. throw money at her, and never get anything in return. the xj has some leaks and creaks, so i feel right at home, lol. i need to install my front locker, and order one for the rear. i also would like to trade these 31" mall-terrains for something more agressive, but the money just isn't there right now. i figger if i'm locked and lifted, and know how to drive i can deal with those tires for now. i really hope i'm in a spot now where i can finally keep a vehicle for a while. at least if anything messes up on the xj i know how to fix it, and i know where to find parts for it. used waggy parts aren't really plentiful in the mid-south for some reason.... anyway, here's to me having a semi-dependable weekend warrior again!!:cheers::cheers::cheers::cheers:

cool.. a proud used Jeep Sales person! I think you found your nitch!

Well I have only sold about 4 jeeps. I deal with any and every type of car. I've won some and lost some, but overall doing great. It has hurt me having a personal car though. Everything I get I look at trying to turn a profit. Lol

been there, done that-- you'll always look at the next one as the "possible keeper" until you know what you want/need in a vehicle. If it's status, pick a nice car and call it yours-- if it's reliability, pick a no-optioned vehicle that's cheap to maintain and use it 'til it dies. Cost of keeping it needs to outweigh the next "good deal" for it to be the "keeper." My 4cyl', 2WD, XJ has become the best $300.00 spent! Can't kill her and it's made of my spare part collection.
