I got married

while i don't have any pics just yet of the wedding, i do have some that we took on the honeymoon.
i have a couple of videos to but haven't really figured that part out yet.

so after pondering it for many days, i decided on driving my 10mpg durango up there rather than the jeep. we wanted to bring our bikes therefor we needed a trailer hitch. the main deciding factor was the seat is now falling threw the floors on the jeep.
so before hand rew and a couple others decorated the durango

this is a pic of the cabin we rented up there.

no pics of the inside unfortunately, i really don't know why but whatever... we really loved the place. the "landlords" were great people and everyone in there area was nice as hell.

my new wife is currently in photography classes and likes to take cool pics.

i had a rough time starting a fire...later after this pic i pulled 2&1/2 buckets of soaking wet ash out of the pit.

Wednesday we set forth to traverse city, we walked allover down town and spent a bunch of money. then we went to this really nice red meat serving restaurant for lunch.

after lunch we found that there are not many activities to do after labor day so we went for a drive

during our drive up and down west and east arms of traverse bay we stop at a vineyard. it was our 1st time wine tasting. the guy told us they were the 1st vineyard in the area.

we ended up buying a few things. turns out wine is not too bad.

afterward we headed back to the cabin. by dinner time we both had a craving for Italian and wine, not many choice so we ended up at olive garden. lucky they had one of those never ending deals.

the next day was an elk rapids on the bike day. we spent pretty much the whole day riding around.

brianne is a big fan of sunsets...she took a few pics.

then later we had a indoor fire.

eventually it was time to leave the place and go home...took a few of the view of the ride home.

i almost forgot about the wild turkeys...these things were just walking around with out a care in the world. according to the landlords they were wild but people have been feeding them so they are not too scared.

waiting on the damn photographer to post hers up. so far that was a lot of money for nothing. but im sure she will. thanks for the FB pics. still think my cake topper was the coolest part.
