I am a gross polluter!!

Shoot No!!! If all else fails I can register it in Florida so I dont have to SMOG it. Im not a CA resident, just stationed here. HAHAHAHAHA!
Unfortunately, being in the military doesnt make you exempt from SMOG in CA. It does not matter where it is registered, most base commanders say that it needs to be smogged in order to get a base sticker.

Fortunantly for me, i already have a base sticker thats good till 2011. It has passed SMOG before, just not this time around. Let me expand on this topic. I am by no means trying to bypass passing SMOG. I would like to keep my heep as compliant and environmentally friendly as i possible can. in the even that it cannot be passed tho, i would just register it in florida. considering i have already paid the 368 bucks to register it in this state, i am going to do everything in my power and wallet to get it to pass.

colder plugs, clean the injectors, run some sea foam through it.....

Colder plugs? No.

Sea Foam, probably a good idea.

The o2 looks high, do you have a hole in your muffler? Leaks are OK as long as they are after the cat and o2.

Do you know how to test an oxygen sensor using a voltmeter?

Already installed new OEM plugs. Found a few leaks in the exhaust, getting them fixed in a few days. And no i do not.
