How to set up phone access to naxja email address

I just got a Android phone. I was hoping to be able to access my naxja.org email account and have it linked to my phone.

If I go directly to Google and try to connect to the email account, outside of , it says the account is not valid. Is it possible? Is there a magic incantation I need to chant?

Odd..... after starting at http://mail.google.com, I was able to authenticate on the first try.

My email account is [email protected]. The name does not match up with my user name since my user name has an underscore in it.

If I go to Google Mail and try to login using the above email address, it tells me the email address is not valid.

I haven't followed the link above yet to see if it pertains or not.

I appreciate that. So to summarize and to avoid any confusion, it appears that the basic problem is that I cannot access my naxja.org email outside of the forum provided link to google mail. That applies not only to my phone but to my desktop computer as well.

Apparently, this is some intelligence in that link in the forum header bar, that's definitely the link to use in a browser.

Are you trying to hit it with a browser, or configure it into the GMail app on your phone?

Configure it into the GMail app on my Android. I can access via browser on the phone but I need notifications.

I was able to add mine into the gmail app on my droid with no issues.

Not sure what to tell you, Tom. I don't use gmail directly, I run an email aggregator here at home. The gmail client on my A855 Droid has no problem accessing the account.
