Having performed hundreds of tire repairs dating back to flammable patch cement, I'm just gonna smile and let you "win" this one with your alarmist argument. I don't recall suggesting that a shop would be doing the work. tubeless tire. So putting it in there is a cover for whats wrong with the tire. Shops wont do it.
It makes the tire harsh, more prone to pinch and failure. They cause extra heat and therefor can explode in the tire, causing failure. Its too much a risk/liability.
2+ peice wheels, ie where the center section bolts to the rim section, are not the same as split rim wheels. It also has nothing to do with fancy ghetto fabulosity... and dont start the retarded argument that any wheel over 17" becomes ghetto fabulous...
