A little too soon for us... We've got our hands full with our boys, but once they get older we intend to host as well as get our boys hosted abroad... Which org. are you going to go through? I went through EF when I was in high school...

About 8 yeas ago, my wife and I hosted students in our apartment. They only stayed for 2 weeks then moved on to another place in the US. My wife delt with most of it so we only took in girls, but we met some really cool people, and got some good cash! With 2 kids under 4 years old we just can't host students right now.

It looks like I will be going through Speak. I've been involved with STS and EF too, they're pretty much all the same. Where did you stay?

There isn't much cash in it for you anymore, the hosts are acquired through the organization and doesn't get squat (except discounts for their kids doing the same).
