We'll be at Hollister around 10:45am on CB Channel 11. Come out and watch Tim break stuff on the new obstacle courses.

just got home.
hopefully josh got some pics of the fun. :scottm:
i love my red p.o.s.!
it went over everything i pointed it at!

the new giant obstacle course was closed but we walked it & it is epic.

but i got to play around in the new mini obstacle course a few times, that
was a ton of fun!

i almost forgot: does anyone have a front passenger window that will fit my '92 for sale? :bawl:

Had a good time today with: Tim, his wife Diane, my brother Nate, and me. All pics can be seen here - sorry they are crappy cell phone pics: http://s196.photobucket.com/albums/aa116/wickedtl/Hollister%20Oct%202012/

The new obstacle next to the mud pit is gnarly. The pictures I saw before made it look like 2' diameter tubes, those things are 5' diameter. We spent about half the day watching Tim master this obstacle - he was tearing it up. For a few of the tougher lines I wouldn't go in there on anything less than 37" tires and that is probably pushing it:

The new CRAZY obstacle on the bottom portion of McCray road that is several hundred yards long. Props to whoever designed it - this thing is for KOH buggies only. The "trail" is 10x harder than the tube obstacle near the mud pit. Tim's red XJ would have trouble with most of it. The pictures don't do it justice. There are drop between rocks that are 5' deep in places. It wasn't open yet but when it opens, this is the place to watch people play. These pics just show the first drop in which is arguably the easiest section. The rest of it is insane:

Damage report:
a) Tim dented his front passenger door so now it looks like the rear door. It should pull out pretty easy, the bigger issue is that he also took out the window.
b) Nate pushed his front bumper up and snapped off his front passenger Bushwacker. Its gonna be tough to get the bumper back into position.
c) I slid sideways into a tree and took some scrapes/dents in the driver's door, pushed in almost the whole drip rail which almost pushed my rear window out, pushed my basket back an inch or two, and dented the tailgate in the upper corner.

Great day overall. We had a good time and made it home in one piece.

Thanks for posting the pics Josh. Looks like you guys had fun out there. I wish I could have gone. Oh well, maybe next time.

Love the pics. Sorry about the carnage man. You can buff out those little scratches.
