Hollister Run FRIDAY the 2nd?

I've been itching to get down to Hollister after my new lift, hope somebody wants to go.

Most of us will be hung over (or just tired) on the 1st, but I'm available the 2nd, and 3rd to head down there.

Lets get a good group together!

I'd like to be at the school house at around 10 or so.

I've never been to Hollister and I'd like to get out with the Jeep while I'm home from school. I would probably make it either day. What/where is the school house?

The school house is at the entrance to the 4x4 park, after the ranger station.

Vineyard school house is right at the gate to get into the upper ranch.

Saturday is the 3rd. Are you planning on Saturday or Friday the 2nd.

I edited it.

I am planning on going friday, and maybe camping overnight.

So either day is fine.

So I talked to banderso, and the plan is FRIDAY the second, at 10am, outside the schoolhouse.

Im in a blue 01, with cragar d windows. Unique, I know. hahaha

I hope anyone who is new to Hollister will have tow points!

I'll be in a grey 91 on 31 inch Trxus. I've got tow points front and rear.

I have one, but it isnt wired up yet.

I've yet to receive the power cable, and buy an antenna and mount.

Looks like 2 dudes from the jeep forum are going, and I might be able to get my dad with our 08 liberty to go.

Day trip for me. I don't know what srmitchell is planning to do. Can't tell you anything about camping. Try http://ohv.parks.ca.gov/?page_id=1179.

You can get a good sized Motor home into Sycamore campground, I think it is better camping then the camp spot next to the obstacle course, but that area is even bigger.

Tent camping might be a little cold with a low of 32 tomorrow and then 29 on Saturday.
