Hey Stump, what bulbs did you use? H3?

I dont remember Mark, whatever style halogen bulb the light takes, you get the same style bulb, but in HID. That way they fit just like the original bulbs do.

I think the 4000's come with H3's, and the 700FF's come with same if I remember right...so yeah, H3's if thats what they orginaly came with.

XJ Holmes, no I did nothing to my alternator. I have no issues with the alternator or amperage draw. I also have a winch and several other goodies. I run an Optima battery.
