Aug 14 (Thu) - Travel to Hermit Valley Campground
optional night run up to Deer Valley lookout

Aug 15 (Fri) - departure 9:00 am
highway travel to Alpine Lake, Slick Rock trailhead
Slick Rock trail to Utica Lake
Utica Lake to Hermit Valley on pavement

Aug 16 (Sat) - departure 9:00 am
Deer Valley trail, out and back, or out to Blue Lakes and up Hwy 4
(estimate 5pm) Chapter BBQ and raffle

Aug 17 (Sun) - Travel Day / return home.

If anyone is only able to make the 2nd half like me, I plan on wheeling in through Strawberry and Deer Valley Thursday.

As long as I dont blow up a differential like I did a few years back when I was going to do this....

That's actually a great way to get to Hermit Valley from Hwy 50. Highly recommended.

New job so I'm limited on the amount of time I can take off Looking forward to seeing everyone again and I'd be happy to cook on Saturday night if needed.
