Heres what I did today...

Bought a mint set of Ravines, installed my c4x4 towhooks and bought a new taillight at the junkyard to replace my broken one. Also bought dakota leafs, v8 springs and isolators to get a move on with my junkyard lift.

Not really today, but 6 hours Saturday, 12 hours Sunday, and 3 Monday:

Remove front poly spring spacers
Remove rear aluminum blocks
Install new U-Bolts on rear axle
Cut/fold all fenders for new flares
Herculine fender trim and lower doors/rockers
Install Bushwacker flat flares
Rotate tires

(herculiner ends at body style line. The crap above it is the old trim adhesive that I have to remove)

Needless to say, my hands are torn up and Herculined, and every body part hurts, but I got it done by myself using hand tools, 4 jackstands, and a crappy floor jack.

installed my rail shifter and switches and what do you know it doesn't shift right at all.... gonna look into their wiring to see if something is wrong on their end cause i followed their directions to a T. I am thinking it is designed for a pre 96 so i have to see if there is any differences betweeen that and the 97+.

Check your connections.Did you do the seloniod check like mentioned and see which one is what before you made them all up?
Mine works flawless on my '97.

I'd have to bet the wires to the shift solenoids got swapped somehow.

That would result in a shift pattern of 3rd, 2nd, 1st, OD.
