What are you using to do all the cutting/bending?

I'm a welder / fab dude at work... so I do some extensive "playing" at break time. I use the shop shear / pressbreak etc... I need a JK so I can do some fitment / test fit / measurements. Maybe someday.

That looks really good, Brad. I thought I had it good with my bender here! Now I want a shear and pressbreak, thanks a lot.

I'm headed back to work monday after a two month layoff, and thankfully I had plenty to keep me busy around the house and property, including putting previously mentioned bender to work.

Yep, the green one still lives. had to make a third crossmember to stretch the Clayton rear arms back, was actually the biggest pain. That and the I ended up replacing the entire floor for good measure, which sucked drilling out all those spotwelds. ugh.

Thanks for the idea, Bill. It is a hell of a lot of work, but I think its a great way to go. Stay tuned for updates. It's coming along again.
