Ok...trying to figure out how to post photos. I got this one to work, but how the hell do I resize it?

Thanks. I am surprised you can see either in a pic that small.

I'll have it at the Meet and Greet (the Jeep, not the driveway) next weekend.

I have a number more photos to get up: some of my garage for the Garage Photo thread, and some of XJ Fest 2001...as a special request...as soon as I get them scanned, and then figure out how to make the photos viewing size.

Host them through a different website...photobucket, imageshack, or the alike. Then take the link and post it on here using the "insert image" button.

Nice Jeep!

host them on Photobucket or another hosting site and copy/paste the IMG code in your post. Most of the hosting sites have "resize" options to alter them, but yours are fine "as is" since you can click them and view larger pics.

I've got all my photos saved in the computer and on Picasa. I may need to look into photobucket or something...

Is it just my eyes, or does it look like both of your axles need to be re-aligned and centered?

It's just your eyes!

I think I figured out the whole Photobucket thing, so I am going to try to post 2 (yes in the same post) pictures at a decent size.

How come there is no smiley with fingers crossed???

Hot damn...it worked!!!

Nice XJ. I 've always liked those wheels.

So what are the specs? Lift, tire size, etc. Enquiring minds want to know!

It is an RE 3.5" Super flex lift. The tires are 31" Bridgestone Dueler MTs. The rims are off my first XJ...an 1985. I had these tires mounted on her rims about 3 1/2 years ago. Yes...3 1/2 years ago.

The '85 was about dead and I bought a '90 (in 2006) to replace her, so at the same time I got a 3 new tires to replace some worn out ones, intending to put them on the '90. The '90 never ran quite right, so I sold it and got a ZJ (although I kept the dead '85 to hold down my driveway until May of 2008...whole other story). Therefore, I had 3 brand new MTs and 2 old ones mounted on these rims and they sat in my garage until the 2001 was finished, last month.

I took it to Firestone for an alignment about 2 weeks ago...just after I finished her. The guys behind the counter asked where I got brand new Duelers becuase they stopped making them about 18-24 months ago!

Other than that, the front bumper is Warrior Products and the rear is Custom 4x4 Fabrication. I liked that rear becuase the kit came standard with the rear quarter panel covers. Nothing else has been done to it yet. The CB install is next. I know where I want to do the inside mount, just not sure where I want to mount the antenna, so I am holding off the wiring until I make that decision.

Looking forward to showing it off and seeing the assorted other prides and joys next weekend in Murfreesboro.

That is a sharp looking Jeep. I like the color. Nice choice on lift too.
