Hey Y'all,
I think the package from Menos arrived today. I am stuck upstairs until tomorrow so I will open the big package got today and let y'all know if that was the radiator. If it is I am open to anytime that is good for you guys to come over. I'll get the pizza and sodas....

Hello all,

I got the radiator courtesy of Menos. When would be a good time for everyone to come by? Sunday afternoon (the 4th) would be good or the next weekend would be OK as well. Please let me know what is good for Y'all.

Hey Guys,

This coming Saturday (after 12:00 noon, son has football until then) or Sunday (anytime) would be good for me if it is for you. (October 10th or 11th). I have the radiator, some tools and the anti-freeze. Please let me know what day and time and I will have the goodies.

It is supposed to be cool so it should be a good weekend to be outside.

While you are doing the radiator and have the system drained, might want to consider doing the water pump and thermostat. That's what I did. Water pump was $40 new - reman was $25, and the thermostat was $5-10.

Just a thought.

Thank you for the insight. I replaced the thermostat last summer but I guess it never hurts to put in a new one.

I'm guessing 1:30 - 2:00 that way you do not have to rush home from the kids football. They only get older never younger so take it while you can....

lol never mind, I just read the first post again to find the area you are in. but still need the address or we could meet somewhere. not to familiar with the 1488 area of 45. How far is it off from 45 and Rayford/Sawdust?
 
Not meaning to Hijack, but Jay how far are you from Dallas. I will be in Dallas Saturday, and if you were close enough you could meet me, and pick up that bumper from me if you like. I will be headed to Dallas to pick up a Contractor Box, probably won't be there too long, just pick it up and head back.

1488 is about 5 or 6 exits north of Rayford, next exit after 242. You can't miss it... exit after the big bump in the road (if you are heading north bound).

Well I find out tomorrow if I am off on Saturday. I might be switching shifts with someone, working Friday 24 instead of Saturday 24. BUt if I am off, I am sure I can escape for a few hours esp. if Jay will be in town.... better yet, Jay can kidnap me and thw wife can't argue too much.

If I kidnap you, your wife might be happy to get you outta her hair for a bit you never know....:laugh2:j/k So would that still be considered kidnapping with having the wife's consent. Maybe her and I already have this planned out.:shhh::shhh: I have said to much already, the cat may be outta the bag. Dam.
