No, thinking about heading to Hell Hole reservoir. Not sure if I want to head up on Friday afternoon and set up a tent in the evening or just run up Saturday morning. I am interested in camping Saturday night. I have not checked lake levels or what fire restrictions will be a month from now.

I’ll take the buggy. Trail should be ok for any vehicle at all as long as I am between you and my trailer.

Edit: sliding back to 7/26 weekend to have a little more time to work on junk and handle house chores and stuff.

What years work? I think the 96 parts rig I have is obd2 unfortunately

96 should be OBD2 but weird things happen with Jeeps. This is the computer I have/need.

Eldorado National Forest - Georgetown area MVUM has the whole trail. Pacific MVUM has the first half. I have been having good luck with Avenza maps even without cell service.

Did you figure out your issue with your rig?

Bad computer. It fired right up with a different one. No idea what killed it but I’m still tracking a spare.

I’m also fighting the belt noise still even with a new belt, good tension, can’t identify any bad accessories but I’m going to run it.

At the brewery about four beers in (Liz will drive us home) so hoping for like an 8am departure from West Sac. Buggy is not on the trailer yet….

It was a good spot. Fortunately nobody came in after we did and the big group did t leave until 9AM.

It was! Quiet, bugs weren’t too bad, a couple good little climbs on the trail.
