Harbor freight fuses don't blow.

I would rather keep the fuse box than take it back. Maybe I will take the fuses back in a bag and say I broke the fuse box they were in. It is not even worth the gas money to drive back to the store and get my money back unless I am allready going there.

Just cam across this forum and had to comment about these fuses.

THEY ARE NOT FUSES!!!!!!

I run a motorcycle shop and use a fair amount of HF stuff with no problems at all. I bought these "fuses", because of the price and we do go through a bunch of them. One bike had a cooling fan problem and I used a 5 amp HF fuse in place of the 15 amp fuse the circuit called for. I took the bike out for a test ride and after a few miles on the road, the bike just died, I managed to get to the side of the road without killing anyone. What I found was a completely melted and burnt wiring harness from the fan motor, thermostat switch and into the main harness where it shorted the ignition system causing the engine to stop running,

Now I have to replace the entire wiring harness at my expense for the customer. I learned my lesson well. if the fuse does not say BUSS (Made in USA), don't buy it. I would have gladly paid a buck a fuse to have prevented this BS.

Just a suggestion, when you have a problem like this use some circuit breakers--they aren't that expensive, and if you really don't have the money hit the you-pull salvage yard for a handful dirt cheap.
