It's Roadkill, that's about normal. They're kinda like Top Gear, but funnier than the US version and better with anything mechanical than Clarkson.
Then in this one we got to seen a Prius throw a rod then get squashed by a British tank

They aren't funnier than the American Top Gear.
Maybe the first season of American TG but those guys are getting better.

I don't think I ever drank enough to make sense of this show.

When it was just some random bullshit hot rod did with their spare time, it was cool, but now I think they take it too seriously, and that ruined it.
