but you can get a bit carried away with them 3M pads on an angle grinder..........

Oh man, you should have just finished polishing those axle tubes and then clear coated those axle tubes after going that far.

Simple green I put in a hudson sprayer pumpit up sray on hose it off
oven cleaner works great to i take my hudson to the car wash spray
it on around the corner drive it in spray it off green creep freindley
I use it on the large car just don't sray on pollished parts

For those of you who suggested oven cleaner...THANKS!!!

Not only did it take most of the grease and crap off...it got most of the old paint off too.

Glad I didn't do it close to anything I wanted to keep paint on.

Are you saying they make BIG 3m pads, I don't have to use those tiny ones. Oh man, I think I see more cans of clear coat in my future....

Picked a couple of them up at HF...chucked them up in the angle grinder and went nutz. They don't leave "feather" marks like a flap disc does, if you're careful.....
