got some new armor

picked up some 1/4 guards from cagedxj this morning and decided to install them as soon as i got home

Nope, 4 coats of clear. Keeps the look but wont rust

And if you look in the first picture i grabed a can of flat black by mistake insted of gloss to cover where the flares were, so soon after the pic's were taken i decided to 2 tone it. Gloss black top with a flat black bottom.

well, i like black and chrome/black and silver. take a pick of the full side shot. looks good

(never been a fan of black wheels, so the panels throws the dull black off)

Are those rivets? I thought those came with counter-sunk panhead bolts...... :dunno:

It'll be interesting to see if those hold up with just being clear coated.

Yeah i painted the back side as well.

Nope they are rivets, 21 per panel.
