Good camping in the Cherokee/Maggie Valley, NC area?

Do any of you guys know of any good camping spots somewhere around Cherokee or Maggie Valley, NC? I'm hoping to get in a snow camping trip soon so I need the roads to be accessible during snow.

The only place I know of is in Cherokee, called Smokemont, it's an OK place to go.

a nice camping spot in Brevard right in Pisgah National Forest is Davidson River Campground
i know its not exactly what you were asking but i thought it might help.

Bruce, not sure if you are on the ExPo or not, but if you post up there in the regional section you should get some good feedback. Lots guys in the area or familiar with it.

Actually I've been there before, I fish that area on occassion. That's a little too far southeast to have a good chance for snow.
