Golden Mtn - Flog: Nov 12-14, 2010

got the burban last night with trailer, also got my tire aired up and mounted, replaced the lug stud on the rear, tried using a c clamp but apparently i dont have a heavy enough duty one.... and ended up using a big nut as a spacer, a washer and pulled it through with a lug nut...

getting everything packed and in the suburban tonight so i can head out asap tomorrow after lunch.
 
Talked to Jayne and we are good to go. They are excited and Anthony will be there to have the place open.

I have to put the rear wheel spacers on, pack the XJ and then I should be ready to go. The weather couldn't be better. This is going to be a great trip.

For the record, I had all my stuff on the trailer, camping stuff, tools, clothes...EVERYTHING except the food ready last week! I even drove my Exploder all week and left the 250 hooked to the trailer all week so all I had to do was pack the cooler and get in the truck. It's all STAYING packed. I'm going somewhere SOON!
 
Finally got all my junk packed...
Chattanooga Convoy is leaving out at 8am ET... well, the three amigos atleast.
 
I'm coming up tomorrow for sure!
Leaving here about 7 am should be there around 8 Sparta time.

Anyone need a flowmaster wake up?
 
dude lowrange that really sucks man. is there really no way you cant come? get someone to cover for you? just get up and leave and see if anyone even notices??? hehe

everything but the cooler is packed at my house, ready to roll out. just waiting on lunch :D

can't really enjoy a trail ride with a 3" lift and 35's.. i grind my flairs coming out my driveway.
Next time..:geek:
 
Dan's black XJ pictured above is on 35's, open/open, and I think somewhere around 3.5 to 4 inches...............
 
Had a great time even though I didn't drive, well except for on a couple trails. I got to drive Betty!! She is everything she's cracked up to be!!! AWSOME!!!!
