Yes thats it!! but the kicker was when an employee overheard mention of abuse, and later asked Mrs. Shrek if they could help. She relpied "no he didn't mean it, he's normally not like that." only to realize that is what you expect someone to say in that situation. hahahahaha

And the retaliation while you were on the phone with the cable company.

I try pranks like this with Amanda but she doesn't find them as fun.
