Their grounds for hope appear to be improving:

I am thinking I best add snow chains to my pack list.

Sorry David.

Damn, this better not ruin my plans to bring the street MJ up. I don't want to have to show up in a Toyota again just for the 4wd.

Let's see my list is still pretty long.

New tires
Regear front axle
New track bar mount
And a front end alignment

Tires are on
Axle has been regeared and reinstalled
Changed the drag link angle instead of new track bar mount.
Discovered a leak heater core so it's bypassed for now.
Installed a new headliner to please the wife.
Fixed the power window lockout switch

Hopefully the wife gets it to the alignment shop in time to get it back or I'm gonna have to deal with it pulling to the left for the weekend.

Trailers loaded
Fridge is stocked
Beer is cold
Just waiting to get off work and out of DTLA

Cage done. Unpainted.
Oil change not done. Not gonna get done.
Gomer is at headliner shop. Better be done today.

Don't underestimate the merits of preventative measures.

As long as you are ready for the problem you won't have the problem.

You will have another problem instead.

Yeah, I am buying a couple of 20x30 tarps and some rope... that kept it from being too nasty during dinner/raffle last year, so I'm hoping that works again...
