Gauge Cluster Change

Hi, new here and frankly dont even know if this is where I ask.... have a 2001, no bus situation, changed plugs now all gauges dead. starts drives, fuses good, grounds good. Not sure where to go from here but I am looking into seeing if i can figure out to go all mechanical gauges, is this something anyone has done or are there any write ups, last any suggestions I will gladly look into. There is a ridiculous amount of info on , I bet a good search would bring up fixes and options. Sounds like a cool project.
