I just though I would post this info so it might help some poor fool like me in the future.
1992 4.0 AW4 running rough, seemed like it wasn't getting enough fuel. Checked pressure at rail, found it was 20 PSI while cranking and running. Turn key off and the pressure would bleed off quickly. Replaced fuel pump, fuel problem solved. 40 psi now, doesn't bleed off like it did.
Now, the Jeep has no spark. Tested coil, good. Tested CPS, good. Tested voltage to coil, good. Swapped the Auto Shutdown relay with the AC relay and it fired right up.
