Fuel injector recommendation

For a while I've been battling issues with my 1996 jeep xj 4.0 aw4 rwd (from a 00')
In the mornings, or after being parked for a while, It starts with a rough idle and sputtering. On cold mornings white smoke comes out with a strong gas smell and a bit of raw fuel on the ground.
Light throttle causes stalling sometimes and sputtering/bucking
The issue clears up if I mash the gas a couple times then it drives perfect but fuel economy is on the decline
I suspected bad 02 sensors, so I replaced both up and downstream, it drove great for maybe 3 weeks then slowly the issues returned.
this has me thinking it could be a stuck open injector? When the jeep shuts off, leaking fuel into the cylinder, then on startup too much fuel in there, damaging 02 sensors, spirited driving using more fuel clears it out?
how would I go about testing the injectors and what are good replacements. Also if I replace one should I just do them all

I have found it worthwhile to send out my injectors and have them serviced. Every set I have sent out has been all over the map for flow rates. Varmint #1 ('92 XJ) had one injector that was essentially stuck open. One out of my '96 was flowing so little that it was creating a detonation problem. Getting the injectors serviced made a nice difference in both cases.

Generally speaking, how long does it take to get them back?

It has been a couple weeks turn around, but I have not requested expedited service. That is an option. They understand that some folks need their parts back right away because they need that vehicle back in service right away. I have other vehicles, so I don't need the extra level of service.

Also the jeep is giving p0505 &p0121 codes

Also throwing codes p0505 &p0121 if you have any experience with those

Actually disregard everything i said, the front 02 wiring harness has rubbed all the way through to exposed wire and touching the exhaust manifold

Just used SCS Injectors out of Mooresville IN on a set of LS 5.3 injectors. $100 on done in a day or so. Haven't received them back yet.
